Yes, shall the time arise that you decide you need additional assistance we offer the ability to change your plan structure to afford you more assistance in your sales process.  We also offer add on services at initiation to further assist.  Things like pricing valuations, photography, graphic design - these services can be hand picked when and if needed, further saving additional funds. 

Absolutely, your home will show like any other for sale home listed by an agent.  You will receive the exact same coverage as a home listed with a 6% agent.
